Weekly Music Therapy Lectures
These cover (1) theoretical foundations, (2) clinical skills such as assessment, intervention, and documentation, and (3) strategies across developmental domains through both lectures and practical application.
Weekly Music Skills Lessons
Individual or group sessions focused on developing basic guitar and keyboard skills, emphasizing their effective use in therapy sessions.
On-site Supervision
Trainees receive real-time guidance during sessions to ensure therapeutic activities align with client needs and therapeutic goals.
Case Presentation
Trainees select and manage a case systematically, collect and analyze objective data, and present their findings in a formal presentation to demonstrate therapeutic progress and clinical reasoning.
Parent Education
SCHS is committed to enhancing cooperation with parents by actively involving them in its programs and events, and by providing the necessary support. This includes organizing workshops and recreational sessions for mothers to help alleviate psychological stress, as well as awareness workshops highlighting the significance of music therapy in developing children’s physical, cognitive, linguistic, social, and emotional skills. These initiatives have positively contributed to strengthening families’ appreciation of SCHS’s efforts in supporting them and engaging them in the educational and developmental services offered to their children.
Public Relations
In line with SCHS’s commitment to promoting social responsibility, the organization actively participates in events and programs held by various institutions by conducting workshops that introduce the music therapy program, its objectives, and its significance. These efforts aim to raise public awareness and have encouraged active engagement from attendees. The activities included the following:
